Rivers
Notable river of Dohar is Padma river. The embankment dam has been constructed by the river bank water development board. At one time this river was the main means of communication in Dohar upazila. Even today goods are transported from one place to another through the river Padma. At present agriculture is done by the water of this river Padma. In addition, many fish are found in this river.
